Widget App
In this project, we enhanced the brand voice of the widget app and carried that voice throughout the app. We also developed user journey strategies to show the users the story of the widget app and build a customer-satisfying journey to increase the number of people on the app while aligning with the brand's product principles.
The Before
The brand - The Widget App is an app known for the lowest prices with the best quality tools. Their goal is to become the go-to tool establishment for their users based on their budget-friendly options, comparing prices to ensure quality, and providing convenience to users who use the app.
The tactics used - UX Writing and Brand Voice

Bargain Hunter Project
As an added project for the Widget App, we wanted to see if we could keep the same brand voice consistent if the overall tone convinces the users they are getting a bargain and to purchase through the Widget App.
The Solution - to change the tone of voice to convince users they are getting a bargain and to purchase their tools while keeping the same brand voice
