Le Labo Fragrances

In this project, I analyzed the Le Labo website from onboarding and creating a user scenario to improve the current user journey. With the company's principles, we created a user journey that maintains the consistency of the brand voice and storytelling, shortening the product descriptions while keeping the clever prose, and helping users navigate the website to enhance their experience.

The Before

The brand - Le Labo is a fragrance company known for its craftsmanship, personalization, and classic fragrances, which capture the essence of soulful scents using rare ingredients.

The tactics used - UX Writing, UX Scorecard for Usability and Voice, and Communication Deck for thorough analysis

The solution - To make the copy understandable to the user, easier to navigate, and keep that same brand voice

Here are screenshots of the improved User journey. The pink edits on each screen are words chosen based on the company’s principles and their brand voice. Also, to make the language concise and clear when navigating through the website.
