Red Cross Emergency App

In this project, we improved the writing and app layout with new Wireframes to make the experience flow efficiently in the Red Cross Emergency App. Inspired by conversational design, we built a connection with users and how they guide themselves through the app, and created a measurement plan to measure quantitative impact.

The Before

The brand - The American Red Cross is a well-known nonprofit organization that helps people in many ways: providing disaster relief, shelters, food drives, blood drives, etc.

The brand has recently developed an app called the “Red Cross Emergency App”, dedicated to notifying users of natural disasters, connecting with their loved ones, and places they love, all in the app.

The tactics used - UX Writing, Brand Voice, and newly designed Wireframes

The solution - To make the onboarding experience more user-friendly and easier to understand, establish the brand voice, and make the UX writing clear and informative
